"Kept having delayed deliveries or missing/incorrect items on orders. App is buggy most times and it's hard to tell how soon the driver will arrive since it's having a hard time updating the drivers location. Choose a different delivery app and save yourself some headache."

"Just not worth it. Quickly turns a $10 meal into a $30 meal. Just order online and pick it up yourself."

"Won't let me create an account. "Email already in use". Won't let me reset my password. "An unknown error has occurred" I literally can't use your app. Deleted."

"Somehow this app has gotten even worse. It never updated the delivery time even though there were delays, and the app wouldn't let me and my driver contact each other. My food was twenty minutes late because she had to spend fifteen minutes driving around my complex to find my place. Just use DoorDash or Postmates."

"Very disappointed and after my first order today I uninstalled. No one notified me when my food arrived so I have no idea if the quality of the food being so poor was on the restaurant or on them. Refuse a refund and offered me a $5 credit. Disgusted. Never again will I ever use this service."

"Never received an update as far as process with order. Food arrived 20 minutes late, was missing items, and it was cold. Spoke to 3 different reps and the first 2 were very rude, no help, and ended chat without a real resolution. 3rd rep was helpful, but could only do so much since BiteSquad doesn't "all refunds." I refuse to use this app again, yet I have a "credit" on my account."

"Your "booking fee" was more than my sandwich. You also choose to charge those delivery prices, and you don't even pay a decent wage to your employees...who use their own vehicles, and have to rely on tips....which increases the price for decent customers like me even more. I almost paid $40 for a sandwich I could have ordered a Lyft and picked up myself for $20....ride included. ..oh but I you offered me $10 off....lol Don't give this company your business. They are a cancer."

"FRAUDULENT CHARGES 2000+ Since 2020 they have fraudulently charged me 2420.39, with my card deactivated and frozen they are still attempting to charge me! DONT USE! They will steal your information and charge you again and again If I could do 0 stars I would."
